Sensei GeorgeSensei George Christodoulides - 4th Dan JKA - has been studying karate and other martial arts since the age of 12 and has been a member of the Japan Karate Association (JKA) since 1982.

He is a direct student of three of the most inspiring senior Japanese Senseis that were based here in England since the 1960's, 70's and 80's: the late, highly-respected and world renowned Sensei Keinosuke Enoeda (9th Dan), Sensei Masao Kawasoe (8th Dan) and Sensei Yoshinobu Ohta (7th Dan) the Chief Instructor of the JKAE (the English national branch of the JKA).

Sensei George continues to train regularly and frequently participates at senior-level instructor and training courses held throughout the year at which Sensei Ohta and other senior Senseis from around the world are present.

Sensei George has been teaching Shotokan Karate for over 20 years and as is very passionate about the art! It gives him great satisfaction to observe how his students have benefited from Karate, not only in terms of fitness, agility, and by learning a means of self-protection, but also by increased self-discipline, self-confidence as well as focus and control.

Sensei George is officially registered as an instructor with the JKA England, affiliated to the JKA, which promotes the genuine Shotokan style of karate. He has full liability insurance, CRB disclosure and valid lifesaver qualifications.
